Driven by performance.
I’m not a bodybuilder, but I know how to build bodies. All of my life since I did my first pushup I knew looking good wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to be able to use the body I built! This became especially true after I had challenged a wrestler in high school that was 20 pounds lighter than me and he was whooping me like I was his son. Never again. I immediately had to take a step back and get serious about my training and nutrition. Since then, I have learned through years of study, experience, and hiring strength and conditioning coaches to work with me to not only perform at my highest but also look good. Whether your goal is performance, aesthetics, or both, I can get you there.
Its all mental.
Throughout my life I have faced many obstacles and hardships. Growing up in an adobe house in the desert with only my younger sister and mother, I was the man of the house at a young age. Everything became much more important for me. Every time I hit the floor to do pushups I felt like I had to make it count. I didn’t even have a gym membership until I was in college. Until then, I had to sneak in to the gym and make every rep count with the fear that my time would be cut short from getting kicked out. ___________________________________________________
I started wrestling when I moved to Nevada and it was just as they say.. “After wrestling, everything else in life is easy.” I trained hard daily in the wrestling room. I weight trained at least 3 days a week + wrestling training daily. I pushed myself past limits. It was in that wrestling room where I learned what real tough is. Who can show up every day whether they want to or not? Who can stay focused the longest? Who can take drilling over and over and over again and do it like you love it when your muscles are bruised and burning and everything in you wants you to just stop

Tough isn’t being physically fit. It’s not who looks the best. Tough is doing what you HAVE to do over what you WANT to do in that moment and doing it consistently. Tough is being COMMITED to BECOMING the person you need to be to get to the goal you want. Whatever that goal is. Tough is taking full contol of YOUR ACTIONS daily and creating habits that support the version of the person you need to become.
In order to truly succeed at anything, you need to be tough.
I have helped many people change their lives for the better. I would love to help you too!
