

My Method.
1.) We are strength focused. This doesn’t mean we are training like a powerlifter (or even with weights at all depending on what is available.) It means that you will notice everything in your life gets easier. From daily tasks like going up stairs or playing with your kids, to competing in a sport, everything will feel better. It also gives us another measurable way to track and ensure progress.
2.) We win by having a strong foundation. Meaning, always ensuring proper form and execution and having the right movement prep (warmup) according to your unique goals and body.
3.) We work around injuries/obstacles. Injuries or tweaks can happen. It makes no sense to try and push through the pain with exercises that make it worse when we can adjust for a better result. Obstacles happen. Vacations, business trips, baseball games, family in town etc.. We make small adjustments to stay on track.
4.) We train for performance. This is the key to long lasting success. If we are constantly improving our performance and eating according to our goals our body will be a reflection of that.

I rarely write detailed reviews for services but Jesse deserves nothing less. Knowing his character and his drive for over a decade, I decided to sign up for 6-months of online training with Jesse. Jesse was able to fashion a program suited to my specific needs and goals and was able to effectively communicate the proper way to do each exercise and training session with proper form, despite never meeting in person during this time. Jesse is a great trainer. My training regiment is based upon a major achilles tendon injury which required surgery to reattach it. It laid me up for 7-8 months. No movement unless to shower or bathroom runs. Just sit, eat, watch television, and gain weight. I gained 40+Lbs. I went from 175 to 215 +Lbs. My body atrophied, Lost muscle mass. Also, while being in a splint and cast for nearly 5 months, my right hip went out of wack. However, I made it through. But not out of it. I called Jesse, made him aware of my situation, and he designed a workout regimen to restore my core strength, flexibility, and muscle functions. I just finished this past friday, week 17 and moving to week 18. My body weight is now 185. My muscle functions are back on line. Muscle definition and strength has returned and getting better. However, there’s still more to accomplish. It hasn’t been easy. It never is. It just gets better! And its not over! Thanks Jesse for helping me get back on line! You are bleepin AWESOME! My first time using a personal trainer I was nervous because it’s been a while since I worked out in 2018. During 2020-22 I’ve been dealing with my mental health problems until after my 1st year of being sober.
